"Stock on hand is bad", in tim cook's words, minimalist, the need to have things was recited.

Some companies accept masks, disinfectants, food, and other necessities (toilet paper, etc.) stockpile, and users pay a fixed amount, like insurance.
The company reserves only for the contractor according to the amount of money in the warehouse, disposes of it, makes it new, and stores it if it becomes old naturally.
